The hotel is in a very central location, it made getting around easy. I appreciated the 24-hour reception. It was really helpful for late arrivals. The staff offered to keep my bag after checkout (my train wasn't until later).

The pillows were not very comfortable, they felt quite hard and lumpy. I had some trouble sleeping well.

There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, but the hotel is right next door to a wetherspoons. This is a bonus for inexpensive meals. I found the location really handy. (Especially for a quick dinner).

i thought the location was ideal for getting around. the staff are friendly. i liked the tea and coffee making facilities. the room had a comfortable bed for sleeping.

the room was a bit warm when i arrived, i did open the window to cool it down.

a peaceful haven in the heart of the city

the staff were helpful . i found the location to be perfect , with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. it was a joy knowing i could easily explore everything around me.

i noticed the lift had a slightly unpleasant odour , it made the ride a little less enjoyable. this is something i hope they will address soon to improve the experience.

The location was superb for exploring the town. i found the room clean and the bed comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating with check-in. I liked the secure entry at night.

I noticed a slight noise from the street, especially in the early hours. The window didn't completely seal.

The hotel is on the high street. Shops and restaurants are very accessible. I found free parking near the river and took a short walk to the hotel. The room was clean and compact, it included a superb shower. The staff were friendly.

I noticed the room was rather warm. Opening the window allowed noise from the air conditioning unit outside. The bed was not comfortable.

The room included tea and coffee facilities, a tv, and fresh towels. the location was excellent. It was next door to a spoons pub and close to a tesco store. i found the staff helpful, allowing a late check-in, which i greatly appreciated. the bed provided great comfort, aiding restful sleep.

during my stay, i noticed the blackout curtains did not fully block the light. this made it a little difficult to sleep well.
